We hear you!

In February, we will create 4 plant-based desserts that are sure to please. Everything we prepare together will be whole food, plant based and free of processed sugar and oils. Who knew that your New Year’s resolutions could taste this good!

 

In this class we will explore cooking with fresh, whole foods while covering these essential skills:  Whole food, plant-based concepts, food preparation and storage, making fruit pastes, and blending and baking healthy desserts.

About your instructor: Karina joined Ethos Health in 2015 as a plant-based chef and nutrition educator. She holds certifications from The Rouxbe Culinary School, the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, and Dr. Neal Barnard’s Food for Life Program.
