It’s a fact – people who cook at home just naturally eat a more nutrient-rich diet! So if we will all be cooking more this year, why not make it super healthy, too? Reducing the oil you use in cooking has great health-promoting power, and is excellent for losing a few pounds as well.

 

Join Karina on May 5th to learn how to harness the power of Whole Foods in your kitchen. You will feel more confident in the kitchen and more focused on the steps needed for lasting health and vitality. In this class, we will develop these essential skills: The art of the water sauté; whole food, plant-based concepts; oil-free cooking methods; blending salad dressings; and baking oil-free, sugar-free desserts.

About your instructor: Karina joined Ethos Health in 2015 as a plant-based chef and nutrition educator. She holds certifications from The Rouxbe Culinary School, the T.
