Mindful Kitchen Cooking Classes
Whether you are looking for some fun cooking classes in New Jersey, or you are seeking to reverse or prevent chronic diseases, we have the right program for you! In this series of cooking classes, Chef Karina teaches delicious recipes for the Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) diet, and she further guides you in kitchen and food preparation basics ranging from knife skills to sugar, oil and salt-free recipe adaptations.
About your instructor: Karina joined Ethos Health in 2015 as a plant-based chef and nutrition educator. She holds certifications from The Rouxbe Culinary School, the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, and Dr. Neal Barnard’s Food-for-Life Program. As a Healthy Eating Specialist for Whole Foods Market, Karina has spent almost two decades helping people of all ages enjoy the bountiful color, delightful flavors and many health benefits of vibrant, nutrient-rich, plant-based foods. Her very popular, information-packed, inspiring classes at Ethos Health have helped many people begin, continue or revitalize their plant-based health journey. Join us – this is the place to begin!

Payment must be received by no later than the Friday before your first class.
